You receive 70% of every session fee directly to your linked bank account. Payments are processed weekly every Monday for sessions completed the previous week. You'll receive detailed earnings reports and tax documentation at the end of each year.
If a Vanguard cancels more than 24 hours in advance, no charges apply. For cancellations within 24 hours, you'll receive 50% of the session fee as compensation for your reserved time. If a Vanguard is a no-show after 15 minutes, you'll receive the full session fee.
Profile visibility is based on several factors: profile completeness, session ratings, response time to inquiries, and overall activity. Experts with complete profiles, high ratings, and quick response times appear higher in search results.
Absolutely! You have complete control over your availability. Use our calendar integration to sync with your existing schedule, set recurring availability patterns, and block out times when you're unavailable. You can update your availability at any time.
Early Experts who meet certain mentoring milestones are eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). These equity grants vest over time based on your continued platform engagement. It's our way of sharing success with the mentors who help build our community.
